All LevelUp courses are self-paced, offering a self-paced, enabling learners to study anytime, anywhere, and at their own convenience.

Each course lists its prerequisites in the description. Some beginner-level certification prep courses have no prerequisites, while intermediate and advanced certification prep courses may require prior knowledge or professional experience.

No, you do not qualify for an exam voucher through LevelUp. Please ensure your Microsoft employee account is linked with your personal account on Microsoft Learn. The discount will appear during the checkout process after you've scheduled your exam.

Yes. LevelUp courses are available in multiple languages including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Italian. Language availability is specified on the course page.

To be eligible for an exam voucher, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Only learners from Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) partner domains are eligible.
  • You must be among the first qualifiers (limited availability, first-come, first-served).
  • The offer is applicable only for course completions after the launch of Frontier Engineer Cert Prep Voucher Offer on 07th August 2026.
  • You must clear the practice test for eligible courses as part of Frontier Engineer (AB-100, AI-103 & GH-300).
  • You must achieve a minimum score of 80% or higher in the associated practice test.
  • You are allowed only one attempt to pass the practice test.
  • A learner can avail only one voucher across all eligible courses.
  • The voucher offer is available for a limited time only.
If you qualify:
  • You will receive an email with your exam voucher code.
  • Please check your inbox and spam folder.
  • Encourage you to redeem the voucher within 2 months from the issuance date.
Note: The issuance of the free exam voucher is subject to availability and approval from Microsoft. Microsoft reserves the exclusive right to make the final decision regarding the issuance of any voucher.

All exams' vouchers can be used for all exams including Copilot and ARB vouchers can be used to book any Advanced Role Based exam and not fundamentals exams.
Learners completing Copilot courses (GH-300) will receive the designated Copilot exam voucher. Learners completing other eligible courses (AI-103 & AB-100) will receive the applicable ARB voucher.

Once the available voucher allocation has been exhausted, no additional vouchers will be issued under this promotion.
