All LevelUp courses are self-paced, offering a self-paced, enabling learners to study anytime, anywhere, and at their own convenience.

Yes. Every course includes Skillable labs, designed to simulate real-world scenarios and provide hands-on practice aligned with exam objectives.

Each course lists its prerequisites in the description. Some beginner-level certifications have no prerequisites, while intermediate and advanced certifications may require prior knowledge or professional experience.

No, you do not qualify for an exam voucher through LevelUp. Please ensure your Microsoft employee account is linked with your personal account on Microsoft Learn (link here). The discount will appear during the checkout process after you've scheduled your exam.

Yes. LevelUp courses are available in multiple languages including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Italian. Language availability is specified on the course page.

  • Cloud & AI Platform and Security solution courses: Launch from 27- September 2025
  • AI Business Solutions courses: Launch from November 2025

To be eligible for an exam voucher, you must meet the following criteria:
  • You must complete the AI Business Solutions (ABS) track courses practice test within two weeks of enrolling into the course.
  • You must be one of the first 500 qualifiers to be eligible to get an exam voucher.
  • A learner will be limited to avail a maximum of two (2) vouchers across all eligible courses.
  • You are allowed one attempt to pass the practice Test.
  • You must achieve a minimum score of 80% or more to qualify.
  • Please ensure to redeem your voucher before the expiry date mentioned in the email containing your voucher details.
If you qualify, you will receive an email confirmation with your exam voucher code.
Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for the voucher email.

Note: Please note that all vouchers under the Cloud & AI and Security tracks have been distributed, and no additional vouchers are currently available. Voucher distribution for Partners in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) have resumed for courses under AI Business Solutions Track —subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions
