The Microsoft Titan Skilling Academy develops your Microsoft expertise and essential capabilities, helping you unlock new sales and technical opportunities.

Complete each Titan Learning Journey by:
  • Finishing role-based training
  • Earning applicable Microsoft certifications
  • Submitting a valid Opportunity ID

Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a Titan Badge through Credly to showcase your achievements.

Every Titan journey includes 3 required steps:

Step 1 — Core Training + Proficiency Badge
  • Complete the designated product/solution training
    ➜ OR if you attended a Microsoft Instructor-Led Training (ILT), submit the completion code
  • Complete the Knowledge Check

Step 2 —Resource Review
  • Review essential sales enablement resources

Step 3 — Certification + Opportunity ID
  • Upload required certification transcript (varies by journey)
  • Submit a valid Microsoft Opportunity ID aligned to the solution area
  • Validation time: up to 5 business days
Once Step 3 is validated, your Titan Badge will be issued.

If your journey includes an ILT option:
  • A 6-digit attendance verification code is provided by the trainer/proctor
  • Enter this code in the “Attended ILT – Enter Code” module
  • Processing time: 24–48 business hours
If you did not attend ILT, you may simply complete the self-paced learning instead.

Please contact the ILT organizer or proctor or you may continue with self-paced training while waiting.

Review and validation normally take 3 business days.

A Microsoft Opportunity ID represents a real customer opportunity associated with your partner organization.

You may obtain it from:
  • Partner Center
  • Solution Workspace
  • Your CRM if integrated with Microsoft
  • Sales/Business manager

Validation rules:
  • Must relate to the journey’s solution area
  • Must be actively associated with your partner organization
  • Should not be closed/lost long before submission

Opportunity ID reviews can take up to 5 business days.

After Step 1 validation is successful:
⏱ Estimated: 24–48 business hours

Titan Badge issuance occurs once:

✔ Step 1 = Complete
✔ Step 2 = All resources viewed
✔ Step 3 = Transcript + Opportunity ID validated

Then:
  • A webhook triggers badge creation in Credly
  • Credly will issue your badge within 24–72 hours
If not received after 72 hours, please contact support.

Common reasons:
  • Validation underway (allow processing time)
  • Missing ILT code / transcript / valid Opportunity ID
  • Step 2 modules not fully opened
  • Different email used across LMS and Credly
  • Enrollment was inactive and only recently reactivated

I completed everything but did not receive my Titan Badge — what should I do?
Please contact the LevelUp Support Team and include:
  • Full name
  • Email registered in LevelUp
  • Journey name
  • Screenshot showing 100% completion
  • Completion date

Support will re-trigger badge issuance if needed.

If your Credly and LMS emails don’t match:
  • Update your email in the LMS OR
  • Add a secondary email to your Credly account
  • Then contact support to sync your badge progress
