Yes, badges are awarded for select courses that include a certification or badge component. Once you successfully complete all required modules and assessments, the badge is typically shared via email or through a digital credential platform such as Credly.

If you do not receive your badge, check your spam folder or contact support with your course details.

LevelUp is primarily available to MAICPP partners. To register, you may need to provide a valid Microsoft Partner One ID linked to your organization for eligibility verification.

If you are not part of this program or do not have access, you can continue learning through the Skilling Hub, which offers a wide range of courses and training resources.

LevelUp is currently being integrated with the Skilling Hub to bring all partner learning into a single unified platform.
Going forward, users are encouraged to register on Skilling Hub to access broader learning content and future updates.

To access the reporting dashboard, you must be assigned the Organizational Reporting Manager role.

This requires submitting a consent request confirming that you are authorized to view your organization’s data. Once the consent is submitted and verified, your access will be enabled.

If you have not submitted the request or need help with the process, contact support@skillupwithlevelup.com for assistance.

After your request is approved, you will be assigned the reporting role.
You can then log in to LevelUp and access the Reports section from the left-hand panel on the homepage.
If the section is not visible, you can contact support for further assistance.

Your current access allows you to view data only for your own organization. Reseller-level data is not visible because the reseller domains are not yet mapped to your Partner Organization ID (POID).
To enable this, you need to share the complete list of reseller domains as registered in Partner Center. This request is then reviewed and approved by Microsoft. Coordination with your Partner Development Manager (PDM) is usually required.

LevelUp and Skilling Hub are separate platforms and do not share login credentials.
You must use your LevelUp-specific login details. If you are unsure of your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot Password” option.

If you need any help registering or have any technical enrollment-related questions, please visit the support section on the platform or email us directly at support@skillupwithlevelup.com.
We’re happy to help!
